We are unable to remove this inquiry on the credit report. We do require a credit pull to consider a rate reduction. We listened to phone conversation the member had with the representative and he authorized We Florida Financial to pull his credit regarding the request to reduce the rate of his VISA Credit Card. ALL SHE NEEDS TO DO IS CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. Her supervisor is not available we need to call later. 2 calls and almost 3:00 hours holding the line to have a person told us today. We're given another member services number that will CLOSE the account. Since she has $0.00 balance on the card, she requested cancellation of the card definitely. On 8/19, someone finally told us the card was issued but was never mailed. Each time, we were given another number to call. for the past 3 weeks we have spent many hours an the phone and spoken to 6 customer service members. After many attempts and long hours on the phone with her swelling fingers. She not received it, At 87, she got a ride to the bank where she was told to contact the headquarters. My aunt ********* called in June to report lost of her We Financial credit card. called on 8/19 and was told the new card was never mailed. Reported lost credit card but never received the new one.
